Make room for the wide weld

Article Abstract:

Encapsulated weld technology can help contractors improve the wind performance for some thermoplastics. A new weld frame welder can be recreated and utilized for any standard thermoplastic or modified bitumen welding. The effectiveness of the encapsulated weld, however, deviates depending on the polymer and reinforcement utilized in the single-ply sheet. But the price of the encapsulated weld which stands at less than $7,000 is preventing contractors to adopt them.
