Siding

Article Abstract:

Most siding contractors are asking for stronger marketing support from their product suppliers, according to a survey conducted by Roofing Siding Insulation magazine. Other things in the wish list of contractors for manufacturers, by descending priority, are more competitive prices, better quality products and manufacturer training for employees. The survey, meanwhile, noted that 12% of contractors reported a decline in dollar volume in 1998 over the previous year.
