Quality management in marketing campaigns ensures better results but is often under-emphasized. Marketing campaigns should be thoroughly analyzed and constantly imroved. Campaign processes should be automated as much as possible to cut errors, responsibilities should be clarified, and a quality management review program should be implemented.
