Seven steps toward better resident relations

Article Abstract:

The most important item in marketing a manufactured home community is customer service, otherwise known as resident relations. Residents must be given top priority. This can be achieved when employees take the customers' perspective of the community. They should also treat those who live in the community as residents, not just tenants. On-site managers should have the full authority to execute their duties as efficiently as possible.
