Article Abstract:

British housing developer Persimmon's latest homes development in Deenethorpe, Northamptonshire has been particularly popular since it was shown on television. The estate, designed like a village from the 17th-century, is built from the same building materials used centuries ago. Many of the attractive 33 dwellings has a good-sized plot. Some believe that the houses will quickly rise in value during 1997.
