Software enables e-commerce sites to expand globally

Article Abstract:

Intelisys Electronic Commerce of New York and Palo Alto, CA-based Mercado Software have jointly launched IntuiFind, an e-commerce search solution that allows online buyers and sellers to more easily venture into international e-commerce. Suppliers can use the software to create online catalogs that buyers will be able to access by part number, maker, price or size or any combination of those criteria.

eLoyalty measures customers by dollars

Article Abstract:

eLoyalty, the Lake Forest, IL-based customer loyalty consultant, has released a technology known as Loyalty Value Added (LVA) Analyzer. Company VP Paul Markushka, the architect of the product, said that the technology permits the user to determine the profitability of a particular business' customer retention initiatives. eLoyalty's LVA Analyzer will permit companies to determine the incremental value that a particular project brings to a specific client segment.
