Basic considerations in the manufactured homes financing is discussed, emphasizing the necessary investigations to validate the credit rating and risk of housing loans. Much of the approval for manufactured housing loans depend on the ability of the consumer to present his loan as a viable loan to the lending institution, which can be aided by the manufactured home dealer in many ways such as increasing the downpayment on the house, selling a lower priced house to the consumer or finding new collaterals to back up the loan.
