Xchange, L90 form reseller partnership

Los Angeles, CA-based L90 Inc and Boston, MA-based Xchange Inc have entered into a reseller agreement in Apr 2000. The deal involves the integration of Xchange's application service provider and e-mail campaign tracking capabilities with L90's marketing and design expertise to create a full-service opt-in e-mail newsletter offering. It also enables L90 to offer a turnkey, full-service solution to its dot-com clients.

iQ.com, Cogit.com agree to offer e-marketing system

Article Abstract:

Saratoga, CA-based iQ.com announced in Apr 2000 that it has reached a partnership agreement with San Francisco, CA-based Cogit.com that allows Cogit.com to supply electronic-marketing programs to iQ.com customers. The joint e-marketing system will enable a customer of either companies to create and distribute targeted online promotions. It is designed to boost loyalty programs and provide mechandising tools.

Back-end start-up to offer global support to US e-tailers

Article Abstract:

Internet start-up Global CommerceZone was established Dec 1999 with financial backing from the BRM Group, an Israeli and US-based firm that focuses on providing finance to newly-organized Internet infrastructure businesses. Global CEO Jim Treleaven said they are scheduled to launch their services on May 15 and that their initial customers would be small online merchants.
