Bulls or bears in Regent's Park?

Article Abstract:

Master in Business Administration Degree graduates of the London Business School (LBS), UK, are becoming increasingly entrepreneurial, with 14% of students surveyed in 1995 planning to start up a business within a year of graduating compared with none in 1985. Seventy percent of those surveyed anticipated starting their own business within five years. All LBS graduates previously became investment bankers or consultants. The LBS offers an entrepreneurship programme and also provides venture capital via its Foundation for Entrepreneurial Management.

Digital debate that is striving to 'dumb up' democracy

Article Abstract:

British academic Anthony Barnett has created a forum for democratic debate on his new website, opendemocracy.net. Barnett created the website as a result of his disillusionment with recent media covergae of world events, and he wants to use it as a public debate forum for both non-academics and scholars.
