Article Abstract:

There are a variety of approaches to e-learning at universities. Some favour an approach whereby experts pass knowledge to a large number of novices through technology, others favour an approach whereby computer-based courses are offered to students at their work or in learning centres, while others prefer an approach that uses technology to stimulate learners to work with each other rather than waiting for knowledge to be delivered to them.
