Divorce reform: new directions

Article Abstract:

No-fault divorce reforms reportedly will grant more security to spouses and children and increase couples' private options. However, it is argued that the true privatization of marriage law would only occur if churches and private parties are left to develop any type of informal marital law.

Business cycle fluctuations have significantly reduced in industrial countries. Changes in business cycles are attributed to the development of sound government economic policies, economic globalization and better employment practices.
