Serching amidst illusion

Article Abstract:

The robust performance of the semiconductor industry in 1999 is expected to continue in the year 2000 as this industry is observed to follow predictable economic cycles. Hence, stock market players are advised to invest their money in semiconductor companies. Investors can even opt to buy the low-priced stocks of start-ups, Genus, Tegal, Robotic Visions Systems and Micro Component and be assured that their investments will be safe because these companies have strong growth potentials.

Plasma abatement reduces PFC emission

Article Abstract:

Studies on surface wave plasma and inductively coupled plasma devices indicate the ability of point-of-use plasma abatement devices to achieve high destruction and removal efficiency for thermally stable fluorocompound (FC) gases from plasma etch instruments. Plasma abatement is a sound option to thermal abatement equipment for reduction of FC emissions from dielectric etch applications, provider higher performance and lesser amounts of CoO.
