Analogy and Axiomatics

Article Abstract:

There two ways to view the concept of analogy. One is active; it is the process of making an analogy. The other is passive; it is the relationship of one thing being an analogy for another thing. The latter meaning is focused on and investigated as to the types of analogies that exist. In particular, analogies between subject matters are considered. The axiomatic method is used to represent the subject matters.
