Crumbing & dissolving in one step

Article Abstract:

Mobil Oil France has raised its lube oil production through a disintegrator-dissolver system called the Disintegrator 2500. Since the installation of the mixing system, which has a capacity of 15,000 gallons, Mobil's production increased from two 2,500-gal batches per day of lube oil to three 6,000-gal batches per day. In addition, the company has also been able to save because the system allowed it to buy the viscosity-improved polymer in bale form, which is cheaper when buying the polymer in pre-crumbled form. Moreover, Mobil has also eliminated storage problems and problems pertaining to personnel exposure because the D2500 does not generate dust.
