Quality pros break through the healthcare barrier

Article Abstract:

The introduction of a quality department in the Marshall Clinic, Wisconsin, has helped the clinic achieve good results, with respect to quality in services provided by it. Will LaFollette, a quality practitioner at the Marshall Clinic, has been associated with the clinic for about two years. A detailed analysis on managing quality standards by the clinic and LaFollette's involvement in carrying out various quality related jobs is presented.
