Article Abstract:

'Metaphysics and the Origin of Species' by Michael Ghiselin is primarily intended for biologists but the wide extent of topics and information contained in it is relevant even to developmental psychologists. Four potential contributions of the book to the field of human development is enumerated. These include philosophical and perforce fundamental, context, historical contingency and urging developmental psychologists to work toward a common language by going into the metaphysics of language and definitions.

Small disdvantaged businesses will have a chance to participate in federal contracting through a new government program. SDB participation will be outlined through benchmarking, ten percent price credit and certification by the Small Business Administration.
