Chef Patrick Callarec devised a menu that while Hawaiian shows the influence of his Provencal background. The menu served with three appropriate wines includes baby artichoke salad with tomato-chili vinaigrette, caramelized salmon with orange-shoyu glaze, and Asian pear and macadamia wantons

Article Abstract:

Tequila, a liquor drink, is made up of three different drinks with the most famous being "anejo", which by law must be aged for at least a year in barrel. The most famous use for tequila is the margarita, a cocktail of tequila, lime, orange liquor and ice.
