FedEx and UPS liberalize wine rules: for winery visitors, sending purchases back home is now easier

Article Abstract:

FedEx and UPS made it easier for many wineries to provide full service to tasting-room customers from other states by expanding the number of states to which they will ship wine. The new law lets customers to purchase wine and have ship it to their home-if the buyer is physically present at the winery and if it is legal for them to personally carry wine into their state.
