One and only Palmilla: Restaurants are the draw

The 900-acre Palmilla resort with a makeover of $80-million has an extravagant 25,000-square-foot spa, and its sandy beaches faces the bay and the charming town of San Jose del Cabo. Palmilla has the best restaurants of all major resorts and has 172 rooms and suites that are brilliantly conceived, especially the junior suites.
