Wine drinking may ward off Alzheimer's disease, new French study shows

Article Abstract:

A study published in the 'French Neurological Review' concludes that moderate wine consumption may help protect people from Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The study, which failed to determine the exact nature of protection, tracked down the health of 3,777 elderly people in France.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild revolutionized wine bottle labeling when he depicted fine art works by famous artists on his labels in 1924. Among the artists whose paintings were reproduced on the wine bottle labels are Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali and Marc Chagall.
