Art opening, Caribbean style

Toribio Prado, owner of the Cha Cha Cha restaurant chain, created a 12-person caribbean-style buffett for an art gallery opening of Haitian art. The recipes include mini chicken tostadas, fresh corn tamales with sour cream and caviar, and pineapple-onion salsa with tortilla chips.
