Chocolate truffle turtle cake

Article Abstract:

This rich cake is made with butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar, egg, pecans, flour, salt, vanilla, corn syrup, heavy cream, lemon juice, bittersweet chocolate, sugar, hot water and rum. The cake has a base, caramel and a rum burnt-sugar sauce.
