The events in the life of two Caribbean-based chefs, who run their restaurants there despite opportunities to work elsewhere, are narrated. Maya Gurley of St. Bart's serves Caribbean cuisine with a continental flair and Dale Carty of Anguilla gives local ingredients a French flavor.
