Beautiful: more than simply big

The goal in bodybuilding is not to develop big muscles but rather beautiful symmetrical ones. The key parts that go into building a beautiful body are the deltoids, the upper pectoralis, the lower lats, the biceps, triceps and forearm and the quads.

The overhead press

Building better biceps & triceps

Article Abstract:

The bicep muscles respond to a combination of preacher dumbbell curls followed by preacher barbell curls. The size of the triceps muscle can be enhanced by performing kneeling triceps extensions.
