Blowing the whistle!

Article Abstract:

A guide for employees for reporting health and safety infringements at work is presented. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration provides protection for "whistleblowers" but many employees are uncertain of their rights.

Ergonomics under fire

Issues are presented concerning the 'Final Ergonomics Program Standard' which was released in November 2000 by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The advantages and disadvantages of the standard are discussed.
