Nursing research needs credibility to attract funding

Article Abstract:

Qualitative research fits the nature of nurses' concerns as they have better understanding of the needs and experiences of patients. However, funding for such research is not available easily as compared to researchers seeking to find cures or more effective treatment for illnesses, therefore, nurses should make fewer applications, partner with experienced researchers where necessary and make sure that applications are articulated and proper.
