Down but not out: failure can teach you how to succeed next time

Article Abstract:

Aspiring athletes and bodybuilders should not allow failure to get in the way and prevent them from achieving their goals. Instead, they must learn from their disappointments and try to avoid committing the same mistakes again. They must accept the fact that failure is part of life and find something positive in their experiences.
