Article Abstract:

Female bodybuilder Debbie Kruck relies on the machine flye, incline dumbell press, dumbbell flye and cable crossovers to effect development in her pectoral muscles. Kruck believes in the effectivity of flye movements in precontest workouts since they mobilize only the target areas.
