Forgotten exercises for triceps

Article Abstract:

Developing the triceps is essential to add bulk to the upper arms. Basic exercises for this muscle group includes the strap overhead extension, one-arm cable extension, flat-bench dip, one-arm reverse-grip pressdown, close-grip bench press, one-arm dumbell French press and the two-arm barbell kickback.
