Vitamin E does your muscles good!

Bodybuilders are divided between one-set vs. multiple sets of exercises as the most effective weight training program. Scientific studies indicate that more gains are possible by increasing set number. However, single-set exercises are still useful for beginners and as a variation to regular workouts.
