Hard facts about colds

Article Abstract:

Aurora, CO, family physician E.J. "Skip" Carstensen specializes in nutrition, fitness and weight management. He advised that people catch colds when they touch an item that has been handled by someone else who has a cold. The dry winter air causes people to touch and rub their eyes and noses more frequently, so colds are more prevalent in winter. Some ways to prevent colds are to drink plenty of liquids, get lots of rest and wash hands frequently.
