Lightened: bedeviled by eggs

Article Abstract:

Cooks can reduce the amount of fat and calories in deviled-egg recipes by using egg whites in place of some of the egg yolks, using low-fat yogurt in place of some of the mayonnaise and using fat-free mayonnaise. Recipes for deviled eggs and nut-n-curry stuffed eggs are presented.
