Reminding patients that there's still hope: a nurse-led memory monitoring service is increasing the quality of life of patients with Alzheimer's disease and giving them hope

Alison Gibbon leds a memory monitoring program at St. Luke's Hospital in Huddersfield, England. The service provides memory testing for elderly patients to diagnose Alzheimer's Disease early and monitors the success of medication to delay memory loss and other dementia symptoms.
