Article Abstract:

Effective communication techniques should be sought, utilized and evaluated for dealing with patients suffering from dementia. Therapies like resolution therapy, validation therapy or pretherapy method should be used for developing a communication between nurse and patient.

The role of relationships in effective clinical supervision

Article Abstract:

The four-cycle action research approach qualitative data was used to investigate the nature of clinical supervision. Results revealed that relationship development is an essential component of effective clinical supervision.
