The rice is right: how to choose the right variety of this super-energy food for your bodybuilding needs

Article Abstract:

Rice is an ideal food for bodybuilders because it supplies energy for the muscles, is low in calories, has almost no fat or sodium and is cholesterol-free. It is a very good source of complex carbohydrates. It is best to eat brown rice, which has natural sources of niacin, thiamin, phosphorous, Vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, iron and fibre.
