Thin excuses

Article Abstract:

An account of the psychological problems associated with eating disorders aims to encourage those in a similar situation. Lack of self-confidence may have prompted the problem. An awareness of the problem is insufficient to combat the fear of food. Obsession with food leads to binge eating and feelings of self-disgust. However, psychiatric help, counselling and anti-depressant drugs are aiding recovery.
