The various health advices published by the government should not be followed blindly and should vary according to the patient's life, as people who are seriously mentally unwell have a different point of view toward life than the sane people.

The presence of mentally ill patients of both the sex in the same ward results in more violence than sexual relationships at NHS. More resources and better-trained staff need to be provided to overcome the problem.
