Zapping postexercise pain

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the disruption to bodybuilding routines caused by delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) are discussed. Advice is given on the use of postexercise muscle stretching techniques to reduce the effect of DOMS.
