Two-arm overhead cable curl

Article Abstract:

The two-arm overhead cable curl develops and strengthens the biceps. It is also the most efficient exercise for isolating the biceps brachii, brachialis and brachioradialis. Tips on proper execution and sports uses of the exercise are provided.
