A study conducted reveals that the best employers consider human resource issues to be crucial for current and long-term business success and for winning markets in the future. They are better than other companies at meeting their employee's expectation in terms of career opportunities, non-financial recognition and benefits. These factors encourage employee engagement resulting a better, loyal, client oriented and flexible workforce.
