Global diversity management: towards a conceptual framework

Article Abstract:

An overview of global diversity is presented. A survey of global Fortune 500 companies an other organizations showed that 100% of surveyed firms considered global diversity as an important issue. It is believed that although global diversity practice is still undeveloped, research on this topic lags behind practice. It is also believed that researchers need to describe the potential cultural boundedness of their findings.
