Identification of management development needs: a comparison across companies of different ownership - foreign, joint venture, and local in Sri Lanka

Article Abstract:

A study examining the opinions of human resource managers on whether their organizations identify development needs of these people and if so, from what resources, is presented. These employees have been selected from different kinds (foreign, joint venture, local) of manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka.
