Predictors of organizational commitment in India: strategic HR roles, organizational learning capability and psychological empowerment

Article Abstract:

The linkages between organizational commitment and strategic HR roles, psycological empowerment and organizational learning capability are examined. These variables are also investigated to determine if they predict organizational commitment in Indian managers. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are supplied.
