Reinsurers face onslaught of pollution claims
Article Abstract:
Reinsurers are expected to face an onslaught of environmental liability coverage disputes from primary carriers. Insurers embrace alternative market
Article Abstract:
Insurers and reinsurers, recognizing that businesses' use of self-insurance is not going to disappear, are developing ways of servicing self-insurers. For smaller firms and local governments participating in pools, insurers are writing reinsurance and providing services related to primary coverage. Insurers are also devising ways for large companies to take higher retentions.
