The lessee's right of free use of produced substances: new wine in old bottles

Article Abstract:

Electric distribution companies' increased flexibility could mean the royalty-free trading of oil and gas produced from a property fir electricity or other commodities, equipment or services to manage the property under the terms of a lease or unit "free use clause." The typical "free use" clause in most oil and gas leases or unit agreements permits such an arrangement. Royalty-free production trades represent one way to make oil and gas fields viable.

Ms Jenkinson has been totally exonerated by the Court of Appeal, also including the reinstatement of her nursing registration. Years of being labelled "Angel of Death II", has destroyed an innocent person, another "Miscarrieage of Justice".
