PACT pushes on quotas

Article Abstract:

PACT, the independent producers' association, is proposing to reduce guaranteed BBC in-house production to 50% of its TV output and divide its production and commissioning operations. A separate corporation production centre would have guaranteed turnover of 375 million pounds sterling, and would be guaranteed 50% of output.
