Invasion of privacy

Article Abstract:

Privacy issues can create journalistic difficulties for broadcasters. Situations that qualify as invasions of privacy vary depending on what a reasonable person would deem offensive, and what does not constitute a legitimate public concern. Other issues include appropriating a person's likeness, intruding on an individual's seclusion and misrepresenting a person before the public.

The life and works of Guy R.Stehly, a renowned scientist in the field of pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution, residue persistence and bioavailibility of chemicals in fish and aquatic organisms is discussed. Guy R.Stehly has written and co authored more than 40 books and he was a dedicated athlete and fisherman and is remembered for his kind and quiet leadership.
