Bangladeshi forces arrest former prime minister

Former Bangladeshi prime minister, also the president of Awami League- Hasina Wazed was arrested on 16 July 2007 by security forces. She was detained on extortion charges and is currently detained at sub-jail located on premises of the National Assembly.
