Biological weapons regime up for review

Article Abstract:

The 9/11/01 World Trade Center disaster has led to a reevaluation of the possibility of biological weapons use. It is hoped that the Agreement of a Verification Protocol to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention can be strengthened.
