Carol A. Hulgus, Vice President of Lockheed Martin Naval Maritime Systems and Sensors and the leader of Lockheed Martin's Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Team speaks on her experience as the leader, corporation uniqueness, and business environment. LCS is a very different program due to the way the Navy is executing it, the pace of the program, the cost parameters.

Thomas J. Cassidy Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. joined the Navy because he wanted to be a pilot and was first deployed to Vietnam in 1961. Cassidy believes that there is no liberty unless the morale is good and it is the basic thing in the Navy.
